The RCV Performance Ultimate 30 Spline CV Axle Set Upgrade for Toyota Land Cruiser 80 Series is manufactured in the USA using only high-strength chromoly materials. This kit addresses the most common failure point on the 80 Series platform — the factory axles are designed with 30 splines at the differential but neck down to a coarse 24 spline at the CV joint, creating a known weak point under stress. This axle set upgrades the weak 24 spline CV to a 4340 30 spline race CV, eliminating the need to neck down the shaft entirely.

Tests prove Ultimate CV Axles to be twice as strong as OEM shafts, and they are just as tough at a straight angle as they are at extreme angles where stock axles are most vulnerable.
